Eyrewell Contracting - Lifestyle Block Contractors - The People

Charlie Lister and his wife Corinne established Eyrewell Contracting after purchasing their own lifestyle block in Eyrewell North Canterbury.

They soon realised there was only so much you could do with a pair of gloves a fork and a spade! Charlie discovered that a small tractor and implement based contractor was needed as the more common larger contractors had equipment that sometimes was to large to reach some parts of the block or too destructive on the smaller 2-10 acre blocks.

Charlie had gained years of experience working within a farming community across the UK.  With farming techniques in the UK closely resembling the farming techniques here, Charlie decided to put his expertise in to good use.  So he teamed up with John Deere and invested in some of more important equipment and began his contracting career.  Charlie is building his company and reinvests where needed in order to try to stay ahead of what ever may be thrown at him!
